How big are the tables?
10-person max. Tables are banquet style, round, seating a maximum of 10 persons. It is NOT possible to book more than 10 persons per table. A maximum of 10 person per table is required to support the venues safety and emergency evacuation plan.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been in Cadets or involved in the Squadron and have lost contact with most. Can I request to be seated with people from my year group or during my time with the Squadron?
Yes. As part of the booking process, you will have an opportunity to include some free text. Simply add that information in at the time of making your booking. We will use this information to assist in seating like members from your time and/or year group.
When is the cut-off deadline for dinner bookings and payments?
ALL bookings and payments must be received by close of business, 5pm Friday 30th January 2026. 7.
I have completed the dinner booking request form and made my payment. How will I know if my seat or table has been confirmed by the organising committee?
Your ticket, receipt number, table and seat details will be all printed in your ticket and sent to you on email or via a QR code to your mobile. Retain this information as you will require it on entry.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after making a booking / payment?
Yes, but only up until the cut-off deadline. After the deadline, a refund is not possible.
What’s included in my ticket price?
• 30 min complimentary house beverages and Canapes on arrival (6:30pm – 7pm) - Grand Ballroom Foyer Cocktails.
• 3-Course Alternate Drop Meal - Grand Ballroom - Banquet Seating.
• 4-Hour Alcohol Beverage Package (ADULTS) which includes:
i. SPARKLING WINE SELECTION - Legacy Brut
ii. Choice of 2 WHITE WINES - Legacy Sauvignon Blanc & Até Chardonnay
iii. RED WINE SELECTION - Até Shiraz
iv. Beer – Choice of Hahn Super Dry or James Boags
