How big are the tables?
10-person max. Tables are banquet style, round, seating a maximum of 10 persons. It is NOT possible to book more than 10 persons per table. A maximum of 10 person per table is required to support the venues safety and emergency evacuation plan.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been in Cadets or involved in the Squadron and have lost contact with most. Can I request to be seated with people from my year group or during my time with the Squadron?
Yes. As part of the booking process, you will have an opportunity to include some free text. Simply add that information in at the time of making your booking. We will use this information to assist in seating like members from your time and/or year group.
When is the cut-off deadline for dinner bookings and payments?

ADMIT ONE; 3 course plated dinner and attendance. 4 hours drinks package in accordance with stated ticket type (Adult / Minor). Ticket must be presented on arrival at the event. One ticket per person. This ticket must be used for the person stated on it. Tickets are not transferable. Dress code: Black Tie for all members.
